We will print the artwork you supply us. When providing any artwork you give 97 Black full consent to print the artwork or designs. You confirm that you have the full rights to use the artwork, and/or it is free from copyright infringement. You accept full responsibility in the event of any copyright infringement, and will fully indemnify 97 Black. Illegal use of third-party copyrighted material is a serious offence, if for any reason the legal owner of the material supplied contacts us, they will be directed to you. When providing artwork and upon payment you accept this disclaimer in full.
If the artwork files you provide are not print ready and, therefore, do not match our artwork guidelines we will try to improve the artwork free of charge. If significant work is required there may be an additional charge, you will be advised of this. Artwork files that are not as per our artwork guidelines may still be printed, but the quality of print may be lower than we would like, and 97 Black will not be held responsible, and your order will not qualify for a reprint or refund. You accept full responsibility and confirm you have either provided print ready files, discussed this with us prior to payment, and also confirm that we will not be held responsible for sub-quality print finishes that are caused as a result of sub-quality and non-print ready artwork files.
Any pre-print visuals or mock ups are not to scale, the size of the actual printed artworks may vary to the representation and proportions which you see. We will always aim to print your exact print sizes if specified, but you accept there may be variance on print sizes and positioning.
For Direct to Garment Printing - Artwork files are checked by us for quality purposes, but are ultimately read by a computer machine which translates these colours into ink that is printed directly into the fabric. DTG output is, therefore, subject to variance. This means when printing the same design several times it may not appear as sharp on one garment as another. Additionally, it may appear different on one garment to another due to colours and materials reacting differently to the inks. Sometimes, small amounts of white underlay can be seen on dark garments, this is most often due to sub-quality artwork which we do our best to avoid. Due to the nature of this print process, some loose fibres may be present within the printed area. You accept the above information and accept a 25% variance and white underlay condition, and that any issues of this nature do not qualify for a reprint or refund.
Please note computer screen colours will differ from final print colours. This is mainly due to computer screens being brightly backlit, printed colours will therefore generally appear duller. To get the closest likeness, we recommend creating your artwork in CMYK colour mode. You accept we will not be held responsible for colour variation.

Payment & Pricing Terms
For all custom printed orders, full payment is required prior to production. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For business to business orders, we can provide pro-forma invoices for immediate payment by BACS. Orders will not be processed and no printing will begin until payment has cleared.
All Prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change, any pricing structures provided may differ if your order requires express turnaround or is bespoke in any way. You will be fully informed of your price before your order is confirmed.
Once your payment has cleared we start processing the order immediately and although we try to accommodate further changes, we can’t guarantee any after confirmation changes may be possible, and any mistakes will be your responsibility.

Turnaround
When placing an order you will be given an estimate of turnaround time, this will be based on stock levels and current print queue. If you require fast or same day turnaround we will always try our best to accommodate your requirements, this may be subject to a rush fee.
If we don’t have your required items in stock, we’ll need to order blank products from our suppliers. On the off chance our suppliers send us faulty products within the full batch, or do not send us the correct amounts or sizes, production may be delayed. At periods of seasonal high demand, or during adverse weather conditions, deliveries may also be delayed. You understand this supply chain problem and accept that it is beyond our control.
