Your information – the information we collect about you
When you purchase merchandise or gift voucher(s) through our website your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored on our website. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent, and use them simply to send you the product/s you’re looking forward to receiving! We do not have access to or store your credit or debit card details on our system – these are processed by Worldpay, our payment solution provider, and we do not have access to these details. You may, of course, purchase all of our merchandise in person without supplying any of the aforementioned personal data. We store this data for accounting purposes for a maximum of 6 years, after which time it is securely deleted. For personalised orders, we may store any personal photos, images, text or logos that you submit to us for printing only for the length of time necessary to produce your order. We may retain the digital file used to print your item for up to 6 months, in case you wish to repeat your order, to ensure print settings such as the size, colour and spacing of your print are consistent. We may use technology to track behavioural patterns or shopping habits of visitors to our website but this will not collect any personally identifiable information. When you visit our shop, we use CCTV to protect our staff and customers, and for the detection and prevention of crime – footage is only reviewed if necessary or in accordance with any legal request.
